As the HR Manager youll shape the employee experience on site - partnering directly with plant leadership union representatives and cross-functional teams to build strong relationships develop leaders and foster a culture where people and performance thrive Youll DoBe a trusted partner to plant leaders aligning people strategies with business goals and delivering practical HR solutionsPartner across the organization including plant leadership Health Safety & Environment Operations Legal and across the HR function to ensure alignment and consistencyInterpret and administer the collective bargaining agreement fairly and consistentlyPartner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and compliant application of the collective bargaining agreement including proper handling of pay practices premiums and contractual obligationsFoster a positive inclusive and accountable workplace cultureLead hiring development and succession planning to build strong teamsCoach leaders in real time to strengthen performance management employee relations and leadership effectivenessSupport leaders in navigating union-related and complex employee situations with sound judgmentProvide insights on team dynamics to strengthen communication trust and collaborationLead change initiatives and support continuous improvement effortsEnsure compliance with regulations and reinforce a strong safety cultureUse data and insights to improve HR processes and drive business valueWhat to ExpectOnsite role with high visibility and engagement across all levelsDirect interaction with frontline employees union representatives and leadershipFast-paced dynamic environment where priorities can shift quicklyRequired Qualifications7 years of HR experience in manufacturing chemical or industrial environmentsBachelors degree in HR business or technical disciplineExperience in a unionized setting and familiarity with labor relationsStrong employee relations expertiseAbility to influence leaders and build relationships across stakeholdersHands-on pragmatic approach with plant-floor presencePreferred QualificationsCertification in HR Management PHR or SPHRAbility to build trust across union partners employees and leadershipDemonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skillsBalanced approach with empathy and accountabilityCurious approachable and solutions-oriented mindsetThe base salary range for this role is $104600 to $156800 annually.
