Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational financial and administrative functions of the company.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company vision and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with business management software and data analysis tools.
