Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Training: Assist with orientation materials conduct inductions for new hires and coordinate training sessions
- Employee Inquiries: Filter questions regarding HR policies procedures and benefits providing accurate and timely information
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure sensitive employee information is handled discreetly and HR policies are followed
- Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings schedule interviews communicate with candidates and assist in the hiring process
- Event Coordination: Assist with HR-related meetings company events and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Years of Experience: 2 years of experience in HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR information systems
- Previous HR or administrative experience is advantageous; familiarity with payroll and HR software is beneficial
