What You Will Do
- Payroll Benefits & Leave Support
- Assist central office payroll with timesheet review pay adjustments and leave auditing.
- Support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries related to retirement workers compensation unemployment and disability programs.
- Assist with FMLA ADA and other leave programs by reviewing documentation tracking entitlements issuing required notices coordinating return-to-work procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Training Orientation & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate new hire orientation and employee training including scheduling materials preparation facilitation and recordkeeping and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with new or promoted employees.
Participate in engagement recognition and retention initiatives.
- Cross-Functional HR Support
- Provide cross-trained support across all HR functionsincluding staffing benefits payroll leave administration EEO/ADA compliance and labor relationsto ensure continuity of services and effective HR operations.
