Your Role

As H&S Coordinator (Lancaster) youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

• Ensure compliance withOSHA and state/local regulations including incident reporting and recordkeeping
• Maintain and continuously improvehealth & safety policies procedures and programs
• Act as akey point of contact for safety inspections and audits supporting preparation and follow-up
• Leadincident investigations and root cause analysis ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
• Conductrisk assessments safety audits and hazard analysesacross both sites
• Analyze safety trends and data to identify opportunities anddrive proactive risk reduction strategies
• Track and report onsafety KPIs (leading and lagging indicators)

What you bring

Youre a natural fit for H&S Coordinator (Lancaster)if you have:

• 3-5 Years experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with leadership
• Proficiency with MS365 SAP Power BI and safety tracking software
