Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! The Retail Coordinator will support our retail operations team and support the day-to-day functions of our retail stores. You will be responsible for operational support retail supply management and procurement operational analysis cross functional support and creating strategies and procedures to support our stores needs in the moment. Our Retail Operations Coordinator will support the growth and simplification of our retail store operations.
What youll get to do:
- Partner closely with store teams field leaders and cross functional operations partners to understand business needs and support the endtoend associate and guest journeyhelping ensure stores are set up for success every day.
- Own and coordinate retail store needs from a supply and operational readiness perspective identifying opportunities to improve efficiency consistency and experience while managing thoughtfully within budget.
- Support the evolution of our retail operating procedures working alongside field leadership to surface opportunities recommend updates and help prioritize changes as the business grows and evolves.
- Act as a key operational connector between stores field leadership and HQ teams ensuring store feedback is heard issues are addressed quickly and solutions are clearly communicated.
- Support store teams in driving sales and service excellence helping reinforce operational best practices that enable strong customer experience on the floor.
- Serve as a first line of operational support for stores managing and resolving daytoday requests such as system access account support store hours deliveries and other operational needsbring clarity responsiveness and follow-through.
- Own and actively manage open support requests across multiple stores and workstreams balancing priorities and timelines to ensure issues are resolved quickly and thoughtfully with clear communication back to the field.
- Bring hands-on in store experience supporting retail operationsideally within apparel retailwith a solid understanding of how operational details directly impact store teams guest experience and brand execution.
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- 1 years in retail leadership
- 1 years in supply management and procurement preferred
- Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Some holidays and weekends may be required in stores during peak season(s)

The hourly range for this role is $23/hr. - $28/hr.
