Job Summary
The HR Representative partners with leaders and employees to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives. This role provides guidance on employee relations performance management workforce planning compliance and employee engagement while serving as a trusted advisor to management.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders on employee relations performance management workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
Provide HR guidance recommendations and risk assessments to management.
Lead employee relations investigations documentation and resolutions.
Interpret and communicate HR policies programs and initiatives.
Support onboarding performance management development planning and engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies.
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to improve HR programs and processes.
Analyze HR data and trends to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles employment law and HR best practices.
Experience communicating effectively with employees leaders and senior management.
Ability to influence advise and build relationships with stakeholders.
Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism discretion and judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting operational field-based or technical workforces.
HR certification (PHR SHRM-CP or equivalent).
Experience in a multi-site or matrixed organization.
