Job Summary
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing screening scheduling and onboarding
- Post job openings on recruiting platforms and job boards
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Manage recruiting databases ATS systems and candidate records
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer coordination
HR Administration
- Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation
- Assist with payroll benefits administration and employee inquiries as needed
- Support HR compliance and internal policy administration
- Prepare HR reports and recruiting activity updates
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with internal departments hiring managers and external candidates
- Support employee engagement and HR-related projects
- Coordinate orientation sessions and training schedules
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and candidate information
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1 years of HR recruiting staffing or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ATS or recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed ZipRecruiter or Workable
- Prior staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Understanding of onboarding and HR processes
