Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage full-cycle recruiting sourcing interviewing hiring strategy and candidate experience while supporting business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruiting and hiring process
- Source screen interview and manage offers
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy
- Use market intelligence and recruiting trends
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support talent acquisition projects and process improvements

Required Skills
