Youll play a key role in strengthening our workforce supporting HR initiatives and ensuring a seamless hiring process from first contact through You Will Make an Impact:Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing screening interviewing offer management and onboarding coordinationPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs align on hiring strategies and support workforce planning effortsDeliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Hoffmasters culture values and employer brandDevelop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in a competitive hiring environmentManage recruiting systems and job postings across applicant tracking systems and external recruiting platformsMaintain accurate job descriptions and support consistent hiring processes across the organizationSupport HR initiatives and employee engagement efforts that align with organizational goalsEnsure compliance with employment policies and regulations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalismRespond to employee inquiries related to HR policies procedures and programsThe EssentialsAssociate degree or equivalent professional qualificationsMinimum of 1 year of recruiting HR or related experienceStrong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated team player with a collaborative mindsetProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situationsOptional but Impressive:Experience with Dayforce or other HRIS/ATS platformsProfessional HR certification or accreditationExperience supporting manufacturing or operations-based recruitingBackground in sourcing and recruiting across multiple skillsets or departmentsExperience supporting onboarding employee engagement or broader HR initiatives#HGISalary2920#LI-JP1
