Newton Public Schools is seeking an energetic creative and highly collaborative Human Resources & Organizational Communications Specialist to help shape the employee and community experience across one of Massachusetts premier public school districts. This unique role blends human resources operations with strategic communications to strengthen recruitment employee engagement organizational effectiveness and community trust. The successful candidate will play an important role in attracting outstanding educators supporting employees throughout their careers coordinating key HR programs and telling the story of Newton Public Schools through engaging digital and print communications.
