HR Business Partner
ARCH Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced HR professional to support leaders and employees across multiple locations. This role serves as a trusted business partner providing guidance on a broad range of people-related matters supporting organizational initiatives and helping foster a positive employee experience through both strategic partnership and day-to-day HR operations.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience including experience supporting business leaders in a strategic HR capacity
- Demonstrated ability to influence coach and build credibility with leaders at multiple levels
- Strong judgment and experience navigating complex employee and organizational situations
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Bachelors degree required; advanced HR certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations or multi-site environments preferred
