Job Summary
Review and organize paper employee documents
Review and update electronic employee folders
Scan documents; Rename and save documents in employee folders
Update documentation so that physical documents can be destroyed

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer skills including internet database navigation and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work steadily and independently
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of records
