Job Summary

What Youll Do:

Coordinate Core Operations: Process transactions for healthcare life insurance and pension and retirement plans.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve as the trusted contact for employees retirees and beneficiaries via phone email and in-person consultations. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Ensure Compliance: Review case files for accuracy and compliance with plan documents and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR leadership benefits analysts and healthcare vendors to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personal medical and financial records with strict privacy standards.



Requirements
What Youll Bring:

Experience: 13 years of professional HR office experience (benefits experience strongly preferred).
Communication & Care: Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Excel Word Teams SharePoint).
Problem-Solving & Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies route cases accurately and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills:

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field or 2 years equivalent experience. Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment that responded to a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely manner. Experience in PeopleSoft Benefits Administration module Salesforce and DocuSign or similar software products. Desired: Ideal candidates will present the following profile: Ability to multi-tasks and handle competing priorities. Ability to quickly adapt to key benefit programs and resources to support customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Well-developed project and process management skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced skills in MS Excel. Ability to communicate effectively and develop positive working relationships with both internal and external partners and customers.


Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field or 2 years equivalent experience.
