HR Administrator
Job Summary
- Coordinate new employee setup orientation activities and required employment documentation.
- Process employee changes including transfers promotions compensation updates separations and related exit activities.
- Maintain personnel files and employment records while ensuring information is complete current and properly protected.
- Assist with payroll-related activities timekeeping reviews final pay coordination tax documentation and workforce tracking.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries resolve routine issues and partner with internal teams to meet deadlines and support daily HR operations.
- Associate degree in Business Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Experience supporting HR operations employee services or a comparable administrative function.
- Working knowledge of employment recordkeeping and applicable federal state and local employment requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS or employee tracking platforms and the ability to maintain accurate electronic records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to employee relations and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities exercise sound judgment protect confidential information and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail organization adaptability problem-solving ability and cross-functional collaboration skills.
