Job Title: HR Clerical Admin

Location: Delano CA

Pay Rate: $24.50/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Clerical Admin to support our Human Resources team in Delano CA. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks maintaining employee records and assisting with daily HR operations. The ideal candidate is dependable flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
• Assist with onboarding new hire paperwork and orientation processes
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing data entry and document preparation

Requirements:

• Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Flexible schedule with open availability
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
