Housekeeping Supervisor

The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. • Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand-level cleanliness and presentation
• Working within the department by filling in for housekeeping laundry and house person if needed
• Train coach and motivate housekeeping team members
• Monitor inventory supplies and equipment for quality and availability
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company standards safety regulations and procedures.

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience Required; supervisory experience Preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional approachable and solution-oriented mindset.
