Housekeeping Supervisor

Schedule: Full-Time
Availability Required: Weekends Day & Evening Availability

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at our large senior living community in Sun City. As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department ensuring our community maintains the highest standards of cleanliness safety and comfort. You will lead coach and support the housekeeping team while fostering positive relationships with residents families and staff.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team

• Maintain a clean safe and sanitary environment throughout the community

• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met

• Train mentor and support housekeeping staff

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Create and adjust staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage

• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally

• Clean resident apartments and common areas as scheduled

• Promote excellent customer service and a positive team culture

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferably in senior living healthcare hospitality or a related environment

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures infection control and workplace safety practices

• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products

• Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties when needed

• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully pass a background check
