Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Liberty Place this role you will oversee housekeeping operations including guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces ensuring resort cleanliness standards are consistently met while delivering an exceptional guest experience

Schedule Details:
Our housekeeping team members must adapt to various shifts including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing

• Supervises housekeeping operations including rooms common area and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resorts high standards of cleanliness.
• Assists in training housekeeping staff including safety security department procedures and service guidelines.
• Inspects guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort.
• Maintains inventory at appropriate par levels and ensures employees have the necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties.
• Perform shift-associated work such as room assignment vacant room discrepancy reports and departure reports.
• Assist in all department meetings.
• Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assists in the performance review process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for

• High School/GED
• 1-3 years Housekeeping Supervisor Experience
• Basic computer and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift/carry push/pull items more than 25 lbs.
