Mid-Step Services a non-profit organization serving the needs of children and adults who have developmental disabilities is currently hiring for full-time a Housekeeping position (Building Services Tech) at our Bluff View location in Sergeant Bluff IA.

A Building Services Technician shall be responsible for ensuring that the facility or area of assignment is clean safe and comfortable. Responsibilities will include routine housekeeping duties.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Must demonstrate a strong maintenance aptitude and have a valid drivers license and meet insurance requirements for driving.
