A passionate and detail-driven Manager of Housekeeping who will lead with purpose and precision. What Youll Do:

  • Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring rooms and public spaces meet Loews exacting standards

  • Analyze room turns and staffing needs making real-time adjustments to optimize performance

  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment

  • Interview hire and mentor team members fostering growth and engagement

  • Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

  • Oversee uniform and laundry services ensuring quality and timeliness

  • Hold regular team meetings to share updates celebrate wins and address challenges

  • Evaluate team performance and coach for continuous improvement

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience required

  • Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience required

  • Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time required

  • Ability to push pull and lift items weighing up to 25lbs
