What Youll Do
Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms nursing stations work areas hallways lounges storage rooms laboratories restrooms offices and other assigned areas.
Maintain a safe sanitary orderly and attractive environment that is free from dust debris and offensive odors.
Follow established Environmental Services procedures and infection prevention protocols.
- Properly use cleaning chemicals equipment and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Collect and dispose of waste and soiled materials in compliance with facility standards.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and support departmental and organizational objectives.
- Report maintenance safety or cleanliness concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Demonstrate professionalism teamwork and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping environmental services janitorial or healthcare cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to stand walk bend lift and perform physical duties throughout the shift.
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- Our organization follows an in person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a weekly basis. The hospital is located at 14662 Newport Ave Tustin CA 92780.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
