What You Will Do

As a valued member of our Environmental Services team youll play an important role in making our community feel like home. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean attractive and sanitary environment in public areas guest rooms and resident apartments. Work assignments may include Independent Living Assisted Living Memory Care or our Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing).

  • Clean resident apartments guest rooms and common areas including bathrooms kitchens floors windows furniture and other community spaces to maintain a clean attractive and sanitary environment.
  • Perform routine housekeeping duties such as dusting mopping vacuuming floor care waste removal and restocking cleaning supplies.
  • Follow established infection control sanitation and safety procedures including the proper use of cleaning products equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure supplies and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use.
  • Provide courteous respectful service to residents guests and team members while supporting a welcoming community atmosphere.
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns safety hazards damaged equipment or other issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with community events special projects and other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 6am-2:30pm

What You Will Earn

  • Pay Range: $18.40-21.14 per hour.

What You Will Need

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Well train you!
  • Excellent customer service skills and a warm helpful attitude.
  • Ability to understand and speak English.
  • Ability to safely operate standard cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies according to established procedures.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to creating a clean safe and comfortable environment.
  • Dependable flexible and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping sanitation safety and infection control practices.
  • Experience in senior living healthcare or hospitality settings is a plus.
