Description

The Hourly Manager is responsible for overseeing custodial and janitorial operations on a single central campus consisting of approximately 24 buildings. This role provides handson leadership during third shift ensuring daily operations staffing quality control and safety standards are consistently met. The Hourly Manager partners closely with supervisors and frontline employees to support service delivery aligned with ABM standards and client expectations. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity overnight and supporting team performance.

Pay: $2627/hr
The pay listed reflects the expected range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

Oversee nightly custodial operations across a 24building central campus
Lead support and direct frontline employees to ensure service quality and coverage
Manage staffing scheduling training and shift accountability
Conduct inspections and walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness safety and compliance
Coordinate floor care and project work completion during offhours
Track attendance performance and shift productivity
Maintain supplies and inventory to support nightly operations
Step in to support coverage when needed

Qualifications

25 years of custodial janitorial or facilities management experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
Working knowledge of custodial processes equipment and floor care
Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills
Ability to work overnight/third shift schedule consistently
Experience in large campus or commercial environments preferred
