Our Lodge Kohler team leads an action-packed boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field home of the Green Bay Packers. Join our top-rated food and beverage team and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service.

Specific responsibilities as a Host include:

• Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome
  
• Courteously escorting guests to tables
  
• Use your organizational skills to effectively manage all reservations coordinate activities of the wait staff and ensure the host area is neat and clean.
  
• Responsible for assisting with room service orders and delivery.
  
• Bussing and resetting tables according to established standards.
  
• Assisting servers with food delivery when necessary.
  
• Ensuring cleanliness throughout the front-of-house restaurant and bar areas.
  
• Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  

This is a part-time opportunityworking weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 10:30am-10:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• We are looking for a candidate who is energetic and willing to learn. Organization and previous customer services skills are helpful.
  
• Bartending license required
  
• Able to stand for extended period of time.
  
• Able to lift 15 pounds.
  
• Previous hospitality experience preferred

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $8.80 - $13.20 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location.
