Brookstone Animal Hospital offers comprehensive small animal care ensuring you have the resources necessary for exceptional patient outcomes. Our facility provides the full spectrum of medical services including Wellness and Prevention Testing and Diagnostics Advanced Care and complex Surgical Procedures. The AAHA accreditation reinforces our commitment to high standards across all medical areas especially in critical fields like anesthesiology and emergency services. - Proven experience managing a P&L with a track record of driving results.
- A successful background in recruiting interviewing and building high-quality teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive high-performing culture.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous management experience in a veterinary medical or customer-focused retail environment is required.
