Hospice Registered Nurse

Our client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans supporting patients and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred and the ability to self-manage time and schedule.

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
  
• Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  
• Self-manage time and schedule
  

• Full-time weekdays
  
• On call every 3rd week
  

• Occasional local travel required
  

• Associate degree or higher (Nursing)
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospice care
  
• 1 years of experience with any of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    
  • Other EMR systems
    
  • TruChart EHR
    
• Active valid RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
  
• Valid Drivers License reliable mode of transportation and current auto insurance
