Hospice Clinical Manager

• Full-Time Permanent Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift
  
• Setting: Home Health

• Ensure all operations meet state regulations accreditation standards and Medicare Conditions of Participation
  
• Plan and implement ongoing training orientation for new hires and continuing education programs on hospice best practices
  
• Serve as a key communication link between patients families clinical staff and attending physicians
  

• Must have an Oregon RN License or Compact RN License
  
• Must have previous experience in a Hospice/Home Health setting with at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience
