Job Summary
Hospice RN
We have recently engaged with a very progressive well run and financially stable hospice organization in Plano Texas that is family owned. They are committed to providing quality care to patients in the comfort of their home.
Our client is offering the following benefits:
- Annual Salary: $85000-$93000
- Health Insurance After 90 Days

- PTO- 21 Days Including Holidays

Responsibilities:
- Travel to SNF Assisted Living and Home
- Participate in 5-6pm Huddle to Support On Call Staff
- 12 to 15 Patient Case Load
- Monday- Friday 9 to 5
- Call Split Between 4 Nurses (One Weekend a Month Required)
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- EMR System is Axxess (Experienced)
- 1 Year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
