Part-Time: 24 Hours per Week PRN Opportunities Available

Were seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our home health team. Whether youre looking for a 24-hour part-time position or PRN opportunities youll bring your clinical expertise to one-on-one visits with support from a collaborative care team.

• Evaluate patients speech language communication cognitive and swallowing needs.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans that support meaningful measurable progress.
• Provide skilled speech-language therapy according to physician orders and established standards of care.
• Teach patients and caregivers practical strategies to support safety and carry progress into daily life.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate services communicate changes and plan for discharge.
• Complete accurate timely evaluations clinical notes and required assessments.
• Promote patient safety throughout each home visit.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current unrestricted SLP license in the state of practice
• At least one year of SLP experience in a clinical care setting
• Willingness to travel within the branchs coverage area with travel up to 50%
• Dependable vehicle valid drivers license and current auto insurance
• Ability to assist with patient positioning transfers and equipment as needed
• Ability to sit stand bend lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50100 lbs.
