Position Overview

As an Infusion Registered Nurse you will provide skilled infusion therapy and nursing care to approximately 5 patients per week with each infusion visit averaging 2 hours. This position offers flexibility autonomy and the opportunity to focus on quality patient care in a comfortable home environment.

What Youll Do

• Administer prescribed infusion therapies safely and accurately in patients homes

• Assess patients before during and after infusion treatments

• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to infusion-related complications

• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy medications and treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians pharmacists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Follow all clinical protocols infection control standards and regulatory requirements

What Were Looking For

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Infusion nursing experience preferred; home infusion experience is a plus

• Strong IV insertion vascular access and clinical assessment skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage scheduled patient visits

• Compassionate dependable and patient-focused approach to care

• Current BLS certification required

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
