Home Health LVN Skilled Visits

BrightStar Care of Edinburg is looking for compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled home health nursing care to patients in the Rio Grande Valley.

Service Areas:

• BrownsvilleLos Fresnos San BenitoHarlingenLa Feria

• Mercedes Edcouch - Elsa Weslaco Donna
• PSJA Edinburg McAllen Mission

Skilled LVNs who are confident providing one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.

Clinical experience with:

• Wound care & wound VAC

• IV antibiotic administration

• Foley catheter care

• Venipuncture & lab draws

• Ostomy care

• Medication administration

• Adult & pediatric patients

• Active Texas LVN license in good standing

• Current CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Skilled nursing experience preferred

• Reliable and compassionate

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Weekly pay with direct deposit

• Paid training

• Electronic point-of-care charting

MondayFriday schedule with on-call rotation.
