FirstLantic Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Spanish Speaking and availability on the weekends is a must . youll provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes. Youll help them maintain safety dignity and independence under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and the Director of Nursing.

What Youll Do

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming meal prep light housekeeping)
• Offer emotional support and meaningful conversation
• Accompany clients to appointments errands or walks
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
• Remind clients to take self-administered medications
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Current CNA license or HHA certification (75 hours of approved training including 40 hours of home health aide training)
• CPR certification and valid health certificate
  
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate dependable and professional
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Ability to safely assist with lifting and transfers
