Location: Must reside in or be actively relocating to the Asheville NC area.

This is a field-based sales role requiring regular in-person appointments at customers homes throughout the Asheville market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with inside sales to receive warm pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners no cold calling required
• Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales
• Analyze homeowners energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customers needs
• Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies
• Drive deals forward through excellent communication responsiveness and relationship-building
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing your earning potential.
• Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

• 2 years of sales experience preferred. Solar home improvement construction roofing HVAC or other in-home sales experience is a plus.
• CRM experience
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation
