Base Rate: $16.00/hr
Weekend Rate: $22.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $100 after 60 days (no call-offs 20 completed shifts)

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking qualified dedicated caregivers to provide highquality support to clients in both home and facility settings. We are committed to delivering exceptional care and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism safety and compassion.

The Caregiver is responsible for providing direct care assistance with daily living activities and supportive services to clients with varying needs including those requiring memory care ADL assistance and safe transfer techniques such as Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt use. This role requires reliability strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining client dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication reminders
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing dressing grooming toileting mobility)
• Memory care support for clients with cognitive decline
• Safe transfer techniques including gait belt and Hoyer lift operation
• Personal hygiene and incontinence care
• Meal preparation and dietary support
• Light housekeeping and environmental safety
• Companionship and emotional support
• Accurate reporting and communication with care teams
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care or facility)
• Demonstrated experience with memory care ADLs Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism patience and compassion
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Successful completion of a background check
