Job Summary

Looking to gain hands-on experience and build a foundation for a successful career in the equipment industry As a parts intern youll work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to key areas of the business including Parts Service Sales and Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop customer service inventory management and parts operations skills while learning how a world-class dealership supports customers every day. Program Incentives:

  • Paid internship employment at a store location while attending high school (summers during school breaks and after class depending on your store location).

What You Will Do:

  • Support Parts Operations Assist with parts sales receiving stocking and delivery activities that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department.
  • Deliver Customer Service Support internal and external customers by helping ensure they receive the correct parts accurately and on time. Assist in the parts department and showroom.
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy Assist with inventory control efforts cycle counts stockroom organization and identifying inventory discrepancies.
  • Learn Business Processes Gain exposure to Parts Service Sales and Management functions while learning company procedures and best practices.
  • Build Product Knowledge Proactively learn about equipment parts and industry trends to better support customers and business operations.
  • Promote Safety & Efficiency Safely operate dealership equipment and follow established policies procedures and safety guidelines.
