Job Summary
The Hexagon EAM Consultant will support maintain and optimize the Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system environment including SaaS modules such as reporting mobile barcoding web services and customer service request functionalities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide application support & maintenance for Hexagon EAM platform
- Configure and manage EAM modules (Mobile Reporting Barcoding CSR Integrations
- Handle incident management and issue resolution
- Perform system upgrades patches and performance tuning
