Job Summary
Pay: $36 $42/hour based on experience Overtime after 40 hours Additional compensation for on-call Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (role is subject to on-call scheduling) Location: Williston ND rental facility

As a Field Technician at EquipmentShare youll diagnose and repair complex mechanical electrical hydraulic and diesel systems on heavy equipment and aerial lifts with our proprietary T3 platform pulling service data from hundreds of makes and models so you can find root cause fast and work smarter not harder.

- Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance; maintain your service vehicle in clean professional condition

- Your own tools applicable to the position
- Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
- Strong customer service teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate company vehicles
- Hands-on experience servicing heavy equipment aerial lifts or diesel systems
- Trade school certificate or OEM certifications
- Advanced experience with hydraulic and electrical diagnostics
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements

- Must be able to move stand stoop and bend freely and lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Field Technicians may be required to be clean shaven to enter worksites for customers with that requirement
- This is a safety-sensitive position; any offer of employment is contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen
