What youll do:

Implement and administer the project-specific HSE Management Plan.

Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA state regulations and company HSE requirements.

Conduct routine field observations inspections and audits to verify compliance.

Monitor contractor safety performance and enforce project safety expectations.

Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA) Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) and Safe Work Plans.

Participate in construction planning meetings to identify and mitigate hazards prior to work execution.

Assist with development and implementation of site-specific procedures and work instructions.

Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and visible field presence.
