About the Role:
A growing staffing organization serving property management companies is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee performance across all offices and regions. This role leads Area Managers ensuring consistency accountability and operational excellence across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is a strong experienced operations leader who thrives in multi-site environments. They are highly organized confident in managing teams through others and skilled at driving performance structure and execution across distributed operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Area Managers across multiple offices and regions
• Ensure consistency in operational standards workflows and performance
• Monitor productivity service execution and office-level KPIs
• Identify underperforming locations and implement improvement plans
• Drive accountability for service delivery and operational outcomes
• Oversee leadership development and performance management systems
• Support client service consistency and resolve operational escalations
• Lead process improvements and scaling initiatives across regions

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in operations staffing property management or multi-location service leadership
• Experience managing regional or multi-site teams
• Strong leadership coaching and accountability-driven management style
• Ability to build structure and improve operational performance at scale
• Highly organized with strong decision-making and execution skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced growth-oriented environments
