POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for recruiting teaching and coaching student athletes in the sport of softball.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Instructs players in the rules regulations equipment and techniques of softball. Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises. Assesses players skills. Monitors players during competition and practice. Determines game strategy. Supervises athletes during practices and competition.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Past play experience in softball. Preference given to those with coaching experience.
