Groundskeeper John Vance Auto Group (Guthrie OK)

John Vance Auto Group a family-owned and operated business serving Oklahoma for over 40 years is looking for a reliable Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker to help keep our dealership facilities and outdoor areas safe clean and looking their best.

About the Role

As a Groundskeeper youll play a key role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our dealership. From mowing and landscaping to light repairs and general upkeep this position is hands-on and active perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and taking pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Keep dealership grounds visually appealing and safe

• Pick up and dispose of trash

• Take tires to the recycling bin

• Mow weed eat water and fertilize grass

• Plant and maintain trees shrubs and flowers

• Paint indoor and outdoor surfaces (walls poles doors curbs)

• Perform light maintenance (replace doors windows walls carpet filters etc.)

• Move boxes equipment or furniture as needed

• Remove damaged/unwanted trees equipment or debris

• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated dependable and proud of your work

• Ability to sit stand crouch and lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round

• Familiarity with chemicals tools and equipment used in groundskeeping and maintenance
