Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience/Outpatient Centers and Rural Locations/May or may not be a 24-hour opportunity location.
- Education:High-School Diploma or GED are required. You may be asked to provide proof of education.
- Certifications:American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Experience:
- The Endoscopy Technologist is able to successfully and independently participate in low to moderate acuity cases and high-level disinfection. They contribute to all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Suite. May be working in a 24-hour location that performs complex cases and may also work in an outpatient-only facility. May perform as a Primary preceptor for new co-workers and/or students after full competency validated.
- Completes both basic competencies: Endoscopy Tech in Scope Room AND Endoscopy Tech in Procedure.
- Must understand English both written and spoken must be able to perform job-related functions safely and successfully with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal state or local law.
