Job Summary
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Location: Sacramento CA
We are seeking a highly accomplished General Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of experience serving specifically in a General Superintendent role on large-scale commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall field leadership for multiple commercial construction projects
Direct and mentor Superintendents Assistant Superintendents and field personnel
Ensure project schedules quality standards productivity goals and safety requirements are met
Lead project planning logistics sequencing and field execution strategies
Coordinate closely with executive leadership Project Managers and clients
Drive accountability and performance across all field operations
Oversee subcontractor coordination and workforce management
Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a General Superintendent
Extensive experience on large commercial construction projects valued at $250M
Proven ability to manage multiple Superintendents and large field teams
Strong background in concrete structural steel and fast-track commercial construction
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Primavera P6 experience is highly desirable
Demonstrated success delivering large complex commercial projects
This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage field operations while fostering a culture of safety accountability and excellence.
