Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Member

Mullens Marking is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team in Baltimore MD. We represent full-service line striping and pavement marking companies delivering high-quality highways roadways and parking lot striping services throughout the state.

Position Summary

As a Crew Member you will play a critical role in maintaining safe roadways and infrastructure. This position involves outdoor work equipment operation and supporting traffic control operations on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking Assist in applying road markings including lane lines crosswalks and symbols using specialized striping equipment.
• Traffic Control Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate CDL-required vehicles including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Physical Labor Perform manual tasks including lifting bending standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safety Compliance Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record required
• Class A or B CDL is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Prior experience in road construction striping or traffic control preferred but not required
• Must be able to work nights weekends and meet shifting schedule demands
