What Youll Do as a General Manager:
Lead overall business operations financial performance and team accountability for a growing senior care organization that provides services 24/7/365 days a year.
Drive revenue growth recruiting performance client retention and protect gross margin through KPI-focused leadership.
Build & improve operational systems workflows and reporting processes to support scalable growth.
Coach & develop department leaders while fostering a culture of ownership collaboration and accountability.
Oversee staffing strategies scheduling alignment resource planning and occasional travel to client locations to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Analyze business performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to improve results.
Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across sales recruiting and care operations.
Ensure consistent client experience operational compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Communicate & collaborate with the owner and leadership team.
Our Ideal General Manager:
Qualified Operations Leader: Brings 3 years of successful leadership or general management experience in a fast-paced service environment with strengths in business operations team leadership KPI management recruiting growth and operational oversight. Associates degree required; bachelors degree preferred.
Operational Leader: Builds scalable systems improves workflows and creates structure that supports long-term operational success.
People-focused Coach: Develops leaders builds accountability and creates success through coaching delegation and team development.
Calm Problem Solver: Maintains composure under pressure while effectively balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy Professional: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and business software platforms such as Salesforce ApplicantStack (ATS) and iSolved payroll systems. Quick to learn new technology and willing to learn new systems and processes that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and travel locally to client locations as needed.
Values-driven Professional: Leads with humility care collaboration and a commitment to meaningful service strong team culture and healthy growth.
What We Offer Our General Manager:
$75000-$85000 base salary
