Job Title: Hotel General Manager Extended Stay Property

Location: Indianapolis IN

Salary:$60k-$65k (DOE) Bonuses

About Company / Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a General Manager at a hotel property in Indianapolis who will ensure that we are providing a high level of quality and guest satisfaction! The General Manager is also responsible for the daily operations of an individual property and accountable for the financial performance physical condition and work atmosphere of the property.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all hotel operations across multiple departments including: housekeeping front desk engineering maintenance and F&B
• Team development conducting regular trainings
• Full P&L responsibilities including monitoring financial performance budgeting cost controls and forecasting
• Mentoring and managing a very small onsite property hotel team
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards upheld at all times
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue
• Analyze market trends and competitors performance to inform pricing and promotional strategies

Qualifications:

• College degree or higher level education preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in value-conscience extended stay hotel management
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting forecasting and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on management style with a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
