Blakes LOTABURGER General Manager Benefits:

o based on a 50-hour work week

o 40 hours full time 10 hours overtime - paid hourly

The Blakes LOTABURGER General Manager (GM) is in charge of protecting current sales and boosting future sales. They oversee all restaurant operations focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability by managing food beverage and labor costs. The GMs main goal is to represent the Blakes brand with pride by living our culture and core values: Kindness Teamwork Passion and Process. The GM ensures the restaurant is efficient provides quick and friendly service and is welcoming to all our guest.
