Jersey Mikes Subs is hiring for our Shiloh Crossing Location in Billings MT! We arelooking for a proven leader ready to step into aGeneral Manager role.

What Youll Do
Train to lead all aspects of store operations
Drive sales service quality and team performance
Hire train and develop team members
Manage schedules inventory and daily operations
Create a positive high-energy culture for staff and guests
Make great subs and deliver an outstanding guest experience
What Were Looking For
2 years of General Management experiencein a fast-paced restaurant(required)
Reliable responsible and professional
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Open availability and flexible schedule
Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training)
