Standard Job Description
Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment with particular emphasis on maintaining HVAC systems supporting office manufacturing and laboratory environments. Performs basic carpentry electrical mechanical air-conditioning plumbing on plant facilities using hand and power tools. Monitors and services HVAC equipment (air handlers chillers exhaust/makeup air systems RTUs controls) to maintain temperature humidity and airflow requirements critical to office comfort manufacturing operations and lab environments. May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary. Based primarily in Andover MA this position also supports facility needs across additional company sites including the Chelmsford MA headquarters as required.
